Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal and company data when you visit our site or get in touch.
The one-line version: we only collect what you choose to give us (your name, email and message when you fill in the form), we never share it with third parties for marketing, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Who we are
Cinqor is a boutique AI automation consultancy for industrial SMEs. We operate from Barcelona (Spain) and Mendoza (Argentina).
If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us:
- Contact form data: name, email, company (optional), message. We process this data through Formspree (a web form service provider).
- Communication data: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to reply and follow up.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting (Cloudflare/Netlify) and by analytics tools, if any.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your business or technical inquiries.
- To send you proposals or information you asked for.
- To improve the website using aggregate, not individual, usage data.
- To meet legal obligations (invoicing, accounting records) if we sign a contract.
We do NOT use your data for:
- Mass marketing or newsletters (we don't send unsolicited email).
- Sharing with third parties other than the technical providers we rely on (Formspree, Cloudflare).
- Selling it. Ever.
4. Who we share your data with
Only with the following technical providers, and only to keep the site running:
- Formspree (formspree.io) – processes contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare/Netlify – website hosting.
- Google Workspace – the team's email accounts.
These providers have their own privacy policies and comply with international regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
If we sign a commercial contract, project information will only be shared among the Cinqor team members directly involved, under NDA.
5. Your rights (especially if you're in the EU/Spain)
Under the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and Argentine law (Law 25.326), you have the right to:
- Access: ask us what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): ask us to delete your data.
- Portability: ask for a copy of your data in an exportable format.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
6. How long we keep your data
- If you contacted us but didn't hire us: 12 months from the last contact.
- If we sign a contract: for the duration of the business relationship + 5 years for accounting obligations (Argentine/Spanish law).
- Technical data (logs): 90 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site currently uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use the minimal technical cookies needed for the site to work (those set by Cloudflare/Netlify).
If you pick a language with the ES/EN switch, we store that choice in a cookie (cinqor-lang) for one year so you always see the site in the language you prefer. To choose the initial language, our hosting provider looks at your approximate country and your browser language at the time of the visit; we don't store that information.
If we add web analytics in the future (for example Plausible, a privacy-first tool), we'll update this policy and make that clear.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data: HTTPS across the site, secure providers (Cloudflare, Formspree), access restricted to the team, strong passwords.
Even so, no system is 100% secure. If we detect a security breach affecting your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the bottom of this page. If the changes are significant and we have your email address, we'll let you know directly.
10. How to contact us
